I work as a production and tour manager, and support live performance by acting as artist and venue liaison; booking accommodation and transportation; producing and advancing technical specifications and tour itineraries; sourcing musicians, production, backline and crew; producing risk assessment documentation; coordinating events and logistics planning; accounting, and driving. And all this with an eye firmly on the budget.
